Privacy Policy.

What FaithTexting collects, why, who it goes to, and the choices you have.

Effective October 18, 2026

The short version: we use your information to register your texting number and run your messaging. We never sell personal information, and we never sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we are

FaithTexting is a service operated by JavierPhoto LLC (“we”, “us”). We help churches, ministries and other organizations register texting numbers and send text messages from a web dashboard. This policy covers faithtexting.com, the FaithTexting dashboard and application forms, and the messages sent through our service. Questions: support@faithtexting.com.

What we collect

Your account

Your name, your church or organization’s name, your email address and password. We store passwords only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in readable form.

Your number application

The information carriers require to register a sender: legal name, business type, Employer Identification Number (EIN), website, address, the authorized representative’s name, title, email and phone, and details of your texting program: what you send, how often, how people opt in, links to your privacy policy and terms, and sample messages.

Contacts and messages

When you use the dashboard, we store the contact lists you add (phone numbers, names and how each person opted in), the messages you send and receive, opt-outs (STOP replies) and delivery receipts.

Technical information

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. On our public website pages we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site; it sets analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To register your church’s number with our messaging providers, the mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry, and to answer their review questions.
To send your messages, process opt-outs and HELP requests, and show you delivery results.
To run your account: sign-in, password resets, billing and emails about your application’s status.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and spam, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

Our messaging providers, the mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry: the registration details and message traffic they need to approve and deliver your texts.
Service providers that host and operate FaithTexting for us, including cloud hosting, storage, payments and transactional email, under obligations to protect your information.
Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

If you receive texts sent through FaithTexting, they come from the church or organization you opted in with. Message frequency varies by sender. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender, or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and removed from the sender’s lists.

How long we keep it

We keep account and application information while your account is open and as long as needed to meet carrier, legal and record-keeping requirements. Message and consent records are kept so senders can show proof of opt-in if a carrier asks. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with our hosting provider, which encrypts it at rest. Access to the dashboard requires a signed-in session, and administrative access is limited to authorized staff.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your information in your dashboard, or email us to access, correct or delete it. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

FaithTexting is a service for organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email.
