Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and FaithTexting when you use our website, dashboard and texting service.

Effective October 18, 2026

The short version: give us accurate information, only text people who agreed to hear from you, follow carrier rules, and honor STOP. We do the registration work and see it through review, but the carriers make the final call.

1. The service

These Terms are an agreement between you and JavierPhoto LLC, which operates FaithTexting (“FaithTexting”, “we”, “us”). FaithTexting helps churches, ministries and other organizations register texting numbers (10DLC, toll-free and short codes) with our messaging providers, the mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry, and provides a dashboard to send and manage text messages. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the church or organization you register. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Accurate information

Everything you submit (legal name, EIN, address, contacts, use case, how people opt in and sample messages) must be true, complete and kept up to date. Registrations are reviewed against official records, and inaccurate information can lead to rejection, suspension or blocked numbers.

4. Consent and compliance

You are responsible for the messages you send and the people you send them to. You agree to:

Text only people who have given you the consent required by law for the messages you send, and keep records of that consent.
Follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier and messaging-provider policies.
Identify your church or organization in your messages, honor STOP and other opt-out requests immediately, and answer HELP requests.
Send only the kinds of messages described in your approved registration.

5. Prohibited content

You may not use FaithTexting for illegal, deceptive or harmful messages, including phishing, fraud, spam, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates carrier restrictions on high-risk categories. Age-restricted content requires the age-gating carriers require.

6. Registration and approval

We prepare your registration, file it, track the review and help resolve reviewer feedback. Approval decisions are made by the carriers, our messaging providers and The Campaign Registry. We do not guarantee approval, approval times, throughput, or delivery of any individual message.

7. Fees and your balance

FaithTexting has no monthly plan. You add funds to a prepaid balance and pay per text at the prices shown in your account before you send. Your church’s phone number and any carrier registration fees are passed through at cost. Fees paid to carriers or registries are generally non-refundable, including when a registration is not approved.

8. Suspension

We may pause or stop messaging, or suspend an account, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the law or carrier rules, or if a carrier or messaging provider requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and how to fix it.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of your contact lists and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the contact information you upload.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Text messaging depends on third-party networks that we don’t control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithTexting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold FaithTexting harmless from claims arising from your messages, your contact lists, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new date and tell account holders about material changes. You can close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as fees owed, liability and indemnity) survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
